These General Terms and Conditions define the relations between the Seller and the Users (customers) who use the e-shop www.morganabg.com to purchase goods. By using the website, including clicking on an object, image, link (other than that of the General Terms), or a button located on the website www.morganabg.com it is assumed that the User confirms he is familiar with, accepts, and agrees with the General Terms and Conditions described below and gives its explicit consent to conclude distance contracts for the purchase of goods. These General Terms and Conditions comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and any other regulations in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.

These general conditions can be changed or updated by the seller MORGANA TRADE Ltd. on the website www.morganabg.com at any time by updating them. These changes take effect immediately and are mandatory for the Users and in case of a change of the General Terms, MORGANA TRADE Ltd. will inform the e-shop users by publishing the changes on its website www.morganabg.com.


“SELLER” is the company MORGANA TRADE Ltd., registered with UIC 206761605 in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency, address c-x CHAIKA bl.68 E ap.118, Varna, Bulgaria, Phone: +359 884131184, e-mail: office@morganabg.com, which manages the website www.morganabg.com, constituting a virtual platform for sale of goods. The Seller is the person with whom the User enters into a distance sales contract for a specific product (item) in the e-shop.

“USER” is an able-bodied person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions regarding ordering and purchase of goods offered in the e-shop.

“E-SHOP” is the website www.morganabg.com, which serves as a virtual platform for offering goods for sale and reaching an agreement between SELLER and USER for ordering, buying, and selling a specific product (item).

“GOODS / PRODUCT” is any item on the www.morganabg.com website that is the subject of a distance contract for purchasing goods.

“ORDER” is the order made by the User to the e-shop for purchasing one or more specific goods (items). The order is packaged and sent by courier to a pre-specified address by the User.

“SALES AGREEMENT” (referred to as the Contract for short) is the contract concluded at a distance through this e-shop for the sale of goods between Seller and User.

“COURIER” is a trader (supplier) who physically delivers the purchased goods to the address specified by the User and works under the requirements of the Postal Services Act.

“BROCHURE / NOTICE” are electronic information messages relating to goods sold in the e-shop during a certain period, which may be posted on the website.


1.1. The following persons may be Users: able-bodied natural persons, at least 18 years old, or legal entities, duly registered and existing, according to the applicable legislation.

1.2. Persons wishing to place an order must fill in the order form, containing: name and surname, full and exact contact and delivery address, e-mail and contact telephone number for individuals and name, identification number, full and exact contact address, and delivery, e-mail, and contact phone for legal entities. By filling in the above personal data and giving explicit consent by the User through the appropriate forms of consent available on the website www.morganabg.com (when giving explicit consent is required) the User gives his explicit consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of this personal data by the Seller by applicable law. There is also a Privacy Policy on the Seller’s website, which every user of the www.morganabg.com website can get familiar with.

1.3. At the moment when the order form is completed, the person wishing to place an order, as a User, and the Seller enter into a contract, the subject of which is purchasing of goods from the e-shop, by the User, under the conditions set in these General Terms and Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions apply for each subsequent purchase by the User.

1.4. The Seller allows the use of the e-shop by the User, provided the data specified in point 1.2. are accurate and valid.

1.5. After an order is placed by the User by filling in the order form, the Seller can create a profile of the User with a username corresponding to the e-mail filled in the order form.

1.6. The User’s profile contains the data specified in the order form. In case some of the data changes in the future, the User must immediately update them when filling in the order form available on the website www.morganabg.com. The user has no right to delete the data specified in item 1.2. and to provide incorrect or incomplete data while using the services of the Seller on the e-shop. A valid email address shall be provided for each account.

1.7. A user may have more than one account, but they cannot be used to perform activities that violate these General Terms.


2.1. Browsing the e-shop at www.morganabg.com is completely free and accessible from anywhere in the world.

2.2. To use the e-shop www.morganabg.com, every user shall place at least one order. Registration is not required to place an order. After a successful order, using the newly created profile, the registered User may access all the services in the store.

2.3. In the e-shop www.morganabg.com each product has an indicated price, the main characteristics of the product, and additional information aimed at helping to make an informed choice when buying the product.

2.4. All prices listed on the site are announced in Bulgarian leva (BGN) or EURO (EUR) including VAT and all other taxes required by law when the purchased goods will be delivered to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The prices of the goods do not include the fees under item 6.5 below, as well as the delivery costs according to item 4.3 of these General Terms and Conditions, which are at the User’s expense.


3.1. To place an order to the e-shop, the User should fill in the necessary order data on the Seller’s website.

3.2. The data provided by the User during the ordering process are used to deliver the goods. By sending the order, the User allows the Seller to contact him in any possible way, when necessary, regarding the order.

3.3. Upon successful ordering, the User receives a confirmation of the order by e-mail to the e-mail address specified. The confirmation by e-mail shall indicate the order number, the date on which the order was placed, the ordered goods, and their price.

3.4. If the ordered product (specific model) is not available, the Seller notifies the User by phone or e-mail to the e-mail address specified. If the User does not agree to a replacement with another product (similar model), the order is canceled.

3.5. Orders in the e-shop www.morganabg.com are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but are processed within 2 working after receipt, only on official working days for the Republic of Bulgaria.

3.6. Orders placed from a User profile that contains inaccurate or incomplete data of the User’s data by these General Terms and Conditions, are canceled. If possible, the Seller sends an email to the User containing a notification of inaccurate/incomplete data.

3.7. Before the goods are handed over to the Courier, the User can cancel the order, without mentioning the reasons for refusal. If the goods have already been handed over to the courier, the rules in section 7 of these General Terms and Conditions apply.

3.8. Order cancellation can be made electronically by e-mail to: eshop@morganabg.com or by another means of communication, provided that the ordered goods are not delivered to a courier for sending to the User at the time of refusal. For the refusal to be valid, the User must provide the order number, his name, the e-mail address provided when placing the order, and the order amount.


4.1. Delivery is made only on successfully accepted orders, that contain all necessary order data.

4.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order made by the User, for which he should notify the User. Cancellation of an order does not entail any liability or subsequent obligation of any of the parties to the other, except the obligations under item 7.3 below – in case the product has already been paid by the User.

4.3. The delivery time, price, and conditions for delivery of the goods are determined by the Courier according to the conditions and tariffs of the Courier.

4.4. The delivery costs of the ordered goods are not included in the price indicated in the e-shop. The price of the delivery is determined depending on the place of its delivery, according to the tariffs of the courier company used by the Seller.

4.5. By placing an order the User is considered to have given his explicit consent to pay the total value of the order, including delivery costs according to the terms and tariffs of the Courier.

4.6. Sending the ordered goods is carried out only on working days in the Republic of Bulgaria.

4.7. When sending the ordered goods, the User receives a confirmation of successful sending by e-mail to the e-mail address specified.

4.8. Delivery is made to the address specified by the User in the order form.

4.9. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified period, the Seller is released from the obligation to perform the requested delivery. In this case, the costs for delivery of the goods and their return by courier are at the User’s expense.


The ownership of the Products is transferred after the delivery of the goods to the User and after the payment has been made. The delivery of the goods is confirmed by the User’s signature on the transport document provided by the Courier.


6.1. Payment for the ordered goods can be made with “cash on delivery” – payment in cash to the courier upon order delivery. It is possible only for orders to Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania.

6.2. The price of each product may change. For each ordered product the User must pay the price, which is announced in the e-shop at the time of the order.

6.3. The delivery costs of the ordered goods are not included in the price indicated in the e-shop and are paid separately – the Courier determines the price according to its terms and tariffs, based on the weight of the ordered goods.

6.4. The costs related to due duties, taxes, and other fees regarding the ordered goods, which will be delivered outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, shall be paid by the User by the applicable legislation of the country where the goods are delivered. They are in no way due by the Seller.

6.5. Invoices can be issued only on the name of the User who placed the order.


7.1. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods by emailing eshop@morganabg.com, stating the exact order number, email, and phone number specified when purchasing the product.

7.2. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the User is obliged to return the purchased goods in undamaged commercial form, original packaging, label, and available receipt. The cost of returning the goods is at the expense of the User.

7.3. Upon withdrawal from the contract, if the User has paid for the goods, the amount paid for the returned goods is refunded within 14 / fourteen / days after the return by bank transfer to a bank account number, specified by the User or a debit/credit card, if it was used to pay for the order. Amounts are not refunded until the Seller receives the goods returned by the User.

7.4 The User agrees that the refund will be made by bank transfer to his bank account or credit/debit card used for order payment, except for any costs under paragraph 6.5 above. The return costs are at the expense of the User.

7.5. The right of withdrawal from the contract in case the User receives the goods may not be possible for sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

7.6. In case of non-compliance of the received goods with the ordered goods, the User has the right to file a complaint. When filing a complaint, the User must also attach the documents on which the claim is based (receipt from the courier, credit/debit card statement, etc.). The discrepancy in the agreement between the parties may be expressed in:

• item is defective;

• missing parts;

• the wrong product is sent;

• noncompliance with the purchased size or color.

7.7. The complaint under item 7.6 shall be filed no later than two weeks from the delivery date. The complaint under item 7.6 shall be submitted to MORGANA TRADE Ltd. at the email address: eshop@morganabg.com and the User shall send the goods back for replacement within 7 days.

7.8. In case of a complaint, the User can choose to replace the item with an identical without defects or in another size or color or return the goods for a refund. The Seller may offer to replace the item with a different item with the same or different price – either the User pays extra if the other item is more expensive, or several items are offered for the same price, or the User is refunded the difference between the replacement and the new item if the price of the new item is lower than the price paid by the User. The consumer cannot claim for cancellation of the contract if the non-compliance of the item is insignificant.

7.9. Returned items, which are not defective shall be:

• Not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed;

• There shall be no damage caused by improper use;

• Preserved original packaging, label, and receipt.

7.10. In case of replacement of goods, the transport costs are at the expense of the User in both directions, unless the replacement was necessary due to the Seller’s fault.


8.1. The information published on the site www.morganabg.com is a property of MORGANA TRADE Ltd. or property of their respective owners, incl. all images, presentations, and descriptions of items.

8.2. It is forbidden to copy texts from www.morganabg.com and place them on other websites and online stores without the written consent of MORGANA TRADE Ltd. or the respective owners.


9.1. The Seller of the goods is responsible for any defects, the fulfillment of the distance selling contract, and the refund amounts paid.

9.2. The Seller does not assume any responsibility in case the sent goods are not delivered, delayed, or damaged by the Courier.

9.3. The Seller does not assume any responsibility in case the User is misled by third parties who impersonate the interests of MORGANA TRADE Ltd.

9.4 The Seller shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the User or third parties in case of force majeure or any other circumstances outside the Seller’s control.

9.5. In all other cases, the Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the ordered and paid goods.

9.6. The user must inform MORGANA TRADE Ltd. in case of violations as per item 9.3, using the available means of contact.


10.1. By entering into a Sales Agreement, the Seller receives the right to process the personal data provided by the User for execution of the order and fulfilling the Sales Agreement, as long as the Seller’s website does not contain another explicit request for consent from the User by processing his data.

10.2. The Seller’s activity complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the revocation of personal data. Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on Data Protection), where the relevant information related to personal data protection is available on the website of the Seller MORGANA TRADE Ltd.
